We Never Save or See Your Documents

All PDF processing on BatesStamp.com happens entirely within your web browser using JavaScript. Your document files are never uploaded to any server, never transmitted over the internet to us, and never stored on any external system. The tools work locally on your device. This ensures complete confidentiality and attorney-client privilege protection for all documents you process.

When you use multiple tools in a single session (for example, passing a file from the Bates stamper to the metadata stripper), processed files may be temporarily held in browser memory within that session. This data is never persisted to disk, never transmitted to us, and is cleared automatically when the browser tab closes.

Note: While your files are not transmitted, our analytics services (described below) do collect information about how you use the site.
